Legal and campaign documents
These files were published by the original Free Jon-Adrian Velazquez campaign. They are preserved here because the former URLs are incomplete or no longer reliable. A defense filing states a party’s arguments; it is not a judicial finding. Historical campaign materials reflect what advocates said at the time and may contain superseded calls to action.

The exact original homepage trifold preview and WANTED-poster feature image are now preserved locally, alongside the larger campaign source files.
Social campaign archive
These representative graphics were supplied directly by longtime digital advocate Dylan Wood from the original campaign’s working archive. They preserve how supporters announced the September 2024 hearing, marked JJ’s 2021 release from wrongful incarceration, and promoted the reporting that helped keep the case visible. The pre-hearing graphics record what the campaign expected before the court ruled; the official exoneration occurred on September 30, 2024.
The complete locally stored image set also includes the campaign logo, full WANTED poster, two-weeks-before trial photograph, biopic portrait, high-resolution campaign trifold rendering, Free JJ banner, Letters from Sing Sing banner, campaign Emmy graphic, homepage slide six, homepage slide seven, NowThis card, Into America card, Unjust & Unsolved card, parallax campaign figure, parallax campaign texture, WBAI thumbnail, the legacy favicon, and four original Apple touch icons.
Third-party journalism, video, audio, and news photography remain linked to their publishers rather than copied. This preserves the campaign’s map of coverage without claiming rights to material owned elsewhere.
Provenance
The 440 memorandum and several older campaign files were recovered from verified Internet Archive captures after their original URLs stopped working. The currently reachable trifold and image assets were copied directly from the old campaign domain. A machine-readable preservation manifest records local filenames, source paths, and SHA-256 checksums, with capture dates and media details where available.
